Recently Healthgrades, a national organization that compares information from over 3 million U.S. health care providers, recognized Kootenai Health with three awards for superior clinical outcomes. Kootenai Health’s three awards for 2024 are the America’s 50 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Surgery Award, Stroke Care Excellence Award and Pulmonary Care Excellence Award. Kootenai Health was the only hospital in Idaho to receive an award for cardiac surgery or stroke.
